GEN Z Conclave - 2026
In sanskriti Sansad 2026, GEN Z Conclave is a youth-focused platform designed to understand, engage and empower Gen Z, connecting their aspirations and challenges with Indian cultural values, contemporary opportunities and constructive dialogue. Its central philosophy is: “Don’t Preach to Gen Z, Engage with Gen Z.” The aim is to create an environment where young people can question, debate, express themselves, experience culture and develop as leaders.

The Conclave is built around five core tracks: Narrative & Media Literacy develops critical thinking, fact-checking and awareness of misinformation, social-media algorithms and digital narratives; Voice of Youth gives young people a platform to discuss education, mental wellbeing, relationships, AI, jobs, identity, social media and their expectations from institutions and society; Career & Future Readiness connects them with AI and emerging technology, entrepreneurship, startups, internships and industry mentorship; Cultural Immersion makes Indian heritage and values relevant through art, workshops, music, dance, theatre, storytelling and other cultural experiences; and Youth Leadership moves participants from awareness and participation to ideas and action through leadership development, debates, community initiatives, social innovation and volunteering.
In essence: the Conclave seeks to develop a generation that is culturally rooted, intellectually curious, digitally aware and professionally prepared—combining Indian cultural ethos with modern skills and opportunities so young people can participate constructively in shaping the future.
